After?four?years?of?study?in?WKU’s?Sino-Foreign?education?system,?I?made?the?decision?to?continue?my?education?by?pursuing?a?master's?degree?in?education?management?at?this?university.?My?choice?to?stay?at?WKU?was?driven?by?a?deep?emotional?connection?and?trust?I?have?for?this?institution,?as?well?as?my?strong?belief?in?the?future?of?the?education?administration?in?China.?This?decision?is?not?only?rooted?in?my?profound?identification?with?the?university?but?also?in?the?passion?and?sense?of?purpose?I?found?within?this?field.

Initially,?as?a?student?from?a?non-education?background,?I?felt?nervous?and?apprehensive?about?the?content?of?the?education?administration?program.?However,?these?concerns?were?quickly?dispelled?through?the?careful?guidance?of?our?professors?and?their?in-depth?transmission?of?professional?knowledge.?During?my?studies?with?Professor?Gao?and?Midya,?I?gradually?discovered?the?deep?connection?between?the?education?management?field?and?my?undergraduate?studies.?Their?guidance?boosted?my?confidence,?allowing?me?to?continue?moving?forward?on?this?new?phase?of?my?educational?journey.

In?this?unique?learning?environment,?I?must?acknowledge?that?WKU?has?provided?us?with?a?distinctive?academic?and?research?atmosphere,?offering?us?a?broad?international?perspective?and?a?platform?for?free?learning.?This?perspective?is?not?only?evident?in?the?foreign?literature?available?in?the?library?and?the?English-language?instruction?by?our?foreign?professors?but?also?in?the?opportunity?we?have?to?blend?Eastern?and?Western?educational?concepts?and?unite?theory?with?practice.?In?our?independent?group?research,?we?consider?educational?management?issues?in?the?context?of?China,?and?in?our?practical?learning,?we?are?able?to?apply?the?theoretical?knowledge?we've?gained?by?conducting?field?study?at?schools?in?Wenzhou.?These?opportunities?are?exclusive?to?the?Sino-Foreign?cooperative?education?system?and?are?truly?unique?to?WKU.?They?have?greatly?enriched?my?educational?experience?and?left?a?lasting?impression.

My?journey?of?studying?education?management?has?been?filled?with?challenges,?but?it?has?also?been?a?period?of?immense?personal?growth?and?inspiration.?I?firmly?believe?that?the?education?administration?program?at?WKU?will?equip?me?with?valuable?knowledge?and?skills,?enabling?me?to?contribute?to?the?field?of?education?in?my?future?career.?This?is?a?passionate?and?mission-driven?learning?journey,?and?I?look?forward?to?continuing?to?advance?within?it,?striving?for?personal?achievement.
